• Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details but never store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage memberships, respond to your messages, and improve the site. We only send marketing or promotional email if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don’t sell your personal information or use it for purposes unrelated to running Ring & Robe.

• Notion — internal tracking of inquiries and messages.

Keeping & deleting your data

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations (generally a few years), then delete or anonymize them. To access or delete your data, email contact@thecookie.club.
