We collect only what we need to bake, deliver, and support your orders, and we don’t sell your information.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, and (for orders) delivery address and phone.
- Order and membership history.
- Messages you send us through the contact or inquiry forms.
- Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details but never store full card numbers.
- Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage memberships, respond to your messages, and improve the site. We only send marketing or promotional email if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don’t sell your personal information or use it for purposes unrelated to running Ring & Robe.
Service providers we rely on
We share information only with the providers that help us run the business:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Supabase — our database and accounts.
- Resend — transactional and notification email.
- Notion — internal tracking of inquiries and messages.
- Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used — we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Keeping & deleting your data
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations (generally a few years), then delete or anonymize them. To access or delete your data, email contact@thecookie.club.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of them, email contact@thecookie.club and we’ll respond within a reasonable time — we won’t discriminate against you for asking. If you’re in a region with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/UK or California), those rights apply to you, and you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection regulator.
